All terms & conditions contained on this website apply to all orders submitted whether you have actually read the information or not or whether verbally expressed or not.
The use of this web site constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions below, just as if you had signed this Agreement.
Customers Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product range, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart with Personalised details. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept all Credit/Debit Cards online using PayPal as our Payment Service Provider. We also accept Visa and Mastercard as Credit Card payment by telephone and Cheque by Post.
Spelling Errors
We reserve the right to correct any spelling errors submitted on the order form. This does not guarantee that we will catch all spelling errors you may have made. You must notify us within 24 hours of ordering of any errors that you may have made to your order form.

| 2.1 | Unique Giftz reserve the right to alter without notice prices of products and conditions of sale before you place an order. Please note product shades and shapes may vary. |
| 2.2 | Certain items have been used for photo purposes. |
| 3. | Payment |
| 3.1 | Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of the products by Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect, Switch) by Telephone or Online Order. In the event of non-authorization of payment we will contact you to advise. We do not accept liability of any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit credit or debit card information. |
| 4. | Delivery |
| 4.1 | Delivery will be by national carrier within 2 days (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). |
| 4.2 | Deliveries will be made to mainland UK only. Deliveries outside the UK mainland please contact nonuk@uniquegiftz.co.uk |
| 4.3 | All products must be signed for by an adult (aged 18 years or over) on delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the products will be retained by the driver. The driver will leave notification of delivery and customers can telephone to re-arrange for driver to return at a later time. |
| 5. | Returns |
| 5.1 | Our returns policy is simple. Within 28 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a new Product if we have made any Mistakes in Spelling of your Giftz. Some of our products are fragile. While every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. In this event we will replace the damaged goods free of Charge. We reserve the rights to refund and only will at our discretion. Please note all returned parcels must be sent back using recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during their return, or postal or other costs incurred when returning goods. Unless the items where faulty when we supplied them to you and a receipt of your postage costs is included. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Wrap the packaging securely, enclose the packing slip and send it to the address listed on the back of the slip. | 6. | Limitation of Liability |
| 6.1 | We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as provided above. In particular, but without limitation, we shall not be liable to you for loss of profit, damaged to goodwill or any in direct or consequently loss or damage arising out of any damage, defect, negligence or other failing on our part unless: a) you have expressly made us aware in writing of the nature and extent of the loss or damage which may suffer in such situation, and: b) we have expressly confirmed in writing that we accept liability for such matters. |
| 6.2 | Nothing in these terms shall limit any rights you may have as a customer which are not capable of being lawfully excluded or limited, nor shall it exclude or restrict our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence |

| 7.1 | We do not remove any original labels and all are still intact under our Labels. All our products comply with all current UK and EU legislation with regards to Foods and Drink Labelling Laws. All Shelf lifes, Alcohol Volumes, Physical Weights, Measurements fall in line with Original product and Uk, Eu food and Drink legislation. |
| 8. | Food Allergies and Nutritional Information |
| 8.1 | Refer to original wrapper for ingredient information. All our products are of the highest possible standards. We make no Nutritional Claims for our products. We make No Claims for Halal, Kosher, Vegan, Vegetarian, Diabetes. We only use Original Products from the Original suppliers of each product. |
